to access the union housing application, students must log in to myunion use their union provided uni#. housing on campus is only available to current students, and incoming students who have paid their deposit. assignments are made by union housing on a first-come, first-serve basis.
housing in new york city is scarce, and rental rates for union residences are below market. seminary rental charges include all utilities except for telephone, internet connection, and cable charges. wireless access to the seminary’s internet system is provided free of charge to union students.
